Legal Disclaimers:

(a) Any video submissions or testimonials you provide with your application are referred to herein as “Submissions.” By submitting a Submission, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

(b) Application videos are used only for internal review as part of the grant selection process and are not shared publicly.

(c) Testimonial videos requested from grant recipients after completion of their program may be shared publicly by There Is A Light Foundation, including on our website, social media, or other promotional channels. By providing a testimonial video, you consent to its use in this way.

(d) You retain the copyright in your Submissions. By submitting a Submission, however, you hereby grant There Is A Light Foundation a worldwide, irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform such Submissions for the purposes described above.

(e) You agree not to submit any Submission that contains material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret, or otherwise subject to third-party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner or have permission.

(f) You agree not to submit material that is offensive, derogatory, obscene, infringing of any third party's rights, or contrary to local, national, and international laws and regulations.
